Veronica Reyes-How
CEO / Founder
Veronica Reyes-How (Creator/Writer/EP) is an award-winning writer/actor/producer based in NYC. A 1st Generation Filipino-American, she graduated from the University of Michigan with a B.A in Mathematics. She left a career in tech consulting when she booked the national tour of RENT from an open-call audition. Soon after, she was selected for the prestigious ABC/Disney Talent Showcase and appeared in tv shows like Blue Bloods (CBS), The Blacklist (NBC), Person of Interest (CBS), and Alex, Inc. (ABC). She was featured in HBO’s documentary East of Main Street alongside Lucy Liu and Daniel Dae Kim.

Her producing work includes a short film she co-produced and starred in, which screened at ten festivals and won Best Micro Thriller at the Austin Revolution Film Festival. Shortly after, Veronica found her footing in writing. Her scripts have been finalists in eight national competitions. After completing the Sesame Street Writing Fellowship, she was hired as an Executive Producer and head writer to develop children’s shows with a focus on math. That same year, she created, wrote, and executive-produced the indie TV series Mother, May I Have a Kidney?, which premiered at the 2025 Tribeca Film Festival.

In 2025, Veronica was selected for The Writer’s Lab, a prestigious screenwriting program supported by Meryl Streep, Nicole Kidman, and Natalie Portman, where she will be developing her script American Doctor.

Bradford How
Chief Creative Officer
Bradford How (Host/Actor/Producer) is a multifaceted performer and media personality whose career has spanned television, film, and digital platforms. He first made his mark when a national talent search landed him a coveted spot as a MuchMusic VJ (Canada’s MTV). What began as a short-term contract evolved into four years on air, interviewing international A-listers like Tom Cruise, Brad Pitt and Emma Thompson, covering the Sydney Olympics, and co-creating the tv show BradTV.
From there, Bradford built a dynamic career in front of the camera. He became one of the lead hosts for VH1’s Top 20 Countdown, brought red-carpet coverage to TIFF, and reached audiences nationwide as the in-theater entertainment host for Screenvision’s 15,000+ screens. His work also includes national commercial campaigns, a featured profile in The New York Times for the award-winning web series He’s With Me, acting opposite Oscar winner Michael Keaton in the Netflix movie Worth, and hundreds of hours of live television.
Most recently, he served as one of the lead hosts of LIT Entertainment News on NBC Peacock, a live digital series. Broadcasting daily across two continents, he anchored over 600 hours of live content, delivering timely entertainment news and social commentary.
Bradford continues to collaborate with creative teams, storytellers, and brands, bringing authenticity, energy, and connection to every project he takes on. He is especially excited to help build Pinoy Cinematic Universe.

Richard Ling
Head of Business Development
Richard Ling is a business strategist with experience across finance, startups, and the arts. A graduate of the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business, he began his career as a long/short analyst on Wall Street. Now pivoting into film and television production, Richard aims to leverage his background in analysis and company-building to help creatives tell bold, resonant stories.

Trinnie is a producer, writer, and legal consultant with a background in intellectual property law. She now advises companies around the globe and is excited to bring her expertise and fresh perspective to scriptwriting as part of PCU’s supportive and inspiring creative team.

Lara Kern is a London-based filmmaker who left the corporate world to pursue her passion for storytelling through film. She is excited to collaborate with the PCU team to spotlight underrepresented voices and create impactful stories alongside a diverse group of artists.
